The staff was helpfull and we will come back. The food here was fantastic. We stopped by Shisseichaya for coffee and treats, it was relatively near the hotel.

Best ryokan we have stayed in. This venue was excellent base for exploring Hakone, loved it. We were greeted by kind host. The breakfast was REALLY GOOD and there were variety of options. The ryokan has shiatsu massage and massage services too.

Close location to museum of the little prince in hakone. Was a nice place for holiday
